How to Get Started

1. Print a PDF of our Membership Application/Agreement and Services Guide
2. Complete the Application and bring it, along with one of the following forms of identification into any Abri Branch and deposit $5 to open your account. (Other identity verification documents may be required in accordance with the USA Patriot Act.
   
   Photo Identification Options Include the following:
   1. Valid Drivers License with your current street address or
   2.  Valid Passport, along with proof of your current address or
   3. Valid State ID, along with proof of your current address

Current proof of address may be provided by:

• Utility bill (listing current address)
• Birth Certificate
• Social Security Card
• Property Tax bill (listing current address)
• Government issued Lab ID
• Credit Card Statement (listing current address)
• Vehicle Registration (listing current address)
• Housing Rental Agreement (listing current address)
