Yes, both Abri Debit and Credit cards will be enrolled in premium texting.

How quick will I receive a text if a Fraud Case has been opened?

You should receive a text within 30 seconds to confirm the purchase/transaction in question.

Are there set hours that text messages are sent?

No, Texting Fraud Alerts are sent 24/7

What is the sequence of events from the time the case is opened?

If you don’t respond to the first verification text message, a 2nd text will be sent, and then the Abri Fraud Center will call to confirm your transaction.

Can I stop this service if I don’t want Fraud Texting?

Yes, you can respond to the text with the words STOP

Can I re-enroll if I have previously opted out of Fraud texting?

Yes, you can respond UNDO to a previous text, or if too much time has passed, you can contact Abri at (866) 469-6228, and anyone in our Card Services Department can re-enroll you.
